Van Gogh: Light from Darkness

Join Rose Balston for an important evening to explore the extraordinary world of Vincent Van Gogh.  Set against the wonderful hospitality of LoLo House, the night will bring together some of the world’s most iconic paintings, conversations around the healing power of art,  stunning live music by one of Dubai’s best tenors, and delicious food and drink in the company of like-minded souls.

Rose will examine Van Gogh’s life, artistic legacy and the emotional depth that continues to resonate with audiences around the world. Moving beyond the mythology of the “tortured artist”, she will explore how creativity can become a language for human experience, resilience and connection.

The evening will include a powerful live performance of Dom McLean’s iconic “Starry, Starry Night”, sung by tenor Charles McGlone.
